Q: Why travel with a caravan?
A: The tour is planned in advance for you so you miss nothing! Our experienced staff has researched and made all
reservations for RV parks, tours, meals, sight seeing, and excursions. Secondly, you will be traveling with fellow RV'ers. Comradery and friendships
will be abound.
Q: Do I have to do the entire trip?
A: No. You can hop on and off at any of our destinations. The price will be structured accordingly.
Q: Can we rent a motor home?
A: Yes, please call our office for information - 1 (866) 568-9001.
Q: Do you limit the number of RV's on your tour?
A: Yes we do. Most of our US tours are limited to 18 RV's, which allows us to afford
a more personal interaction with our guests.
Q: Can I bring a tow vehicle?
A: Yes. Doing so will allow you the flexibility to explore on your own during free time.
Q: Can we bring our pets?
A: Absolutely! We love our dogs and they travel with us. Also, make sure their rabies shots are current, you must bring proof for border authorities.
Q: Do I need a passport?
A: No at this time. However we strongly recommend getting one. Do bring your original birth certificate & picture ID, if you do not have a passport.
Q: Do I need a CB radio?
A: Yes, you must have a functional CB radio installed in your rig before we leave.
Q: Do I need Mexican insurance?
A: Yes. Check with your insurance agent. Some companies may cover your trip. Or, contact Bob Acosta at 1-888-377-1570 or goto: mexican-autoinsurance.com.
Q: Is the price garunteed?
A: Yes. Once we have recieved your deposit, the price of the tour is firm.
Q: Do we have to tip at any time?
A: No. All tips and gratuities are paid by Sun Chaser RV Tours.
Q: What are the prices for a extra person?
A: It varies according to each tour or rally.
Q: Are there any hidden charges?
A: No. Our tour includes all RV fees, tours, excursions, meals listed, and attractions.
You will also recieve rig decals and a commerative jacket for each person.
Q: What is your cancellation policiy?
A: If you cancel within 60 days prior to the beginning of the tour a full refund is given. Any time after that a full refund less $300 is given. The $300 will be credited towards
your next tour with Sun Chaser RV Tours within the next 12 months. There is no refund given once the tour has begun unless due to an emergancy in which a pro rated credit will be issued for a future
tour within 12 months.
