San Carlos
   Located in Sonora north of Guaymas it lies on the Sea of Cortez with about 7000 inhabitants. In the late 60's San Carlos was discovered by Hollywood with the filming of the movie "Catch 22". It is known for its beautiful white sandy beaches and the clear waters of the Sea of Cortez.
